Shipping Coverage

Ardenlyn proudly ships to customers throughout the United States. This Shipping Policy applies to all products available on our website unless otherwise stated on an individual product page.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. Our daily order cut-off time is 4:30 PM (GMT-7), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day will enter our processing queue that same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Our standard handling time is 3–5 business days, with order fulfillment taking place Monday through Friday. During this period, we prepare, inspect, and package your order for shipment.

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the standard transit time is 5–15 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Based on our handling and transit times, the estimated delivery time is 8–20 business days from the date your order is placed. While we strive to meet these estimated delivery windows, occasional delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Currency

All prices displayed on our website and all shipping-related charges are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

If you choose to pay using another currency, your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may apply exchange rates, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are outside of Ardenlyn's control.
